Strongly influenced by world famous corporate coach, broadcaster and author, Robert Holden (Coaching Success Seminars & The Happiness Project), she started working as a Training Consultant in 1997 and subsequently founded Kee Training to fulfil a demand for locally based corporate training and personal development coaching. She intuitively combines accepted methodology with cutting edge innovations to create an exciting and effective approach to helping individuals attain their full potential. Over the past four years, Maria has pioneered one of the most dynamic, exciting and innovative training programmes in the province, and has gaining a wide spectrum of experience designing and delivering training programmes for various sectors.

For variety, Maria is also a qualified Colour and Style Analyst and trained aerobics coach.
